Manual de Preparaci\u00f3n (2013)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>Fecha de publicaci\u00f3n del libro: 2013<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este libro fue elaborado con el fin de servir como gu\u00eda para la preparaci\u00f3n de las pruebas de certificaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipma.world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IPMA<\/a>, la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Direcci\u00f3n de Proyectos, en su modelo de certificaci\u00f3n anterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Manual recog\u00eda las competencias necesarias para desempe\u00f1ar las funciones del Director de Proyectos, propuestas por el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aeipro.com\/es\/86-ocdp\/modelo-4lc-ipma-aeipro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Modelo 4LC de IPMA-AEIPRO<\/a>, que inclu\u00eda competencias t\u00e9cnicas, de comportamiento y contextuales. Para cada una de ellas, se explica en este volumen en qu\u00e9 consiste cada competencia, c\u00f3mo se aplica o c\u00f3mo se adquiere y ejercicios de ejemplo, as\u00ed como los conceptos previos necesarios para disponer de una visi\u00f3n global de conocimientos.
