ABSTRACT:<\/p>\n
In the coming years, cities have to face the challenge of adapting to the new demands of their citizens on very different aspects, such as purchasing patterns. Recent events arising from the COVID\u201019 pandemic have accelerated this need. Many stakeholders are affected by these changes in consumption, in addition to citizens, retailers, transport companies and online platforms are some of the participants who will have to rethink their strategies.<\/p>\n
The objective of this project is to develop a methodology for the reuse of spaces\/structures\/elements of the cities, which contributes to increase the efficiency of the retail transport in the cities, avoiding the unnecessary displacements, as well as reducing the carbonization derived from it. Therefore, this project offers an innovative solution to address the problem from a multidisciplinary perspective of circular economy by developing methodologies and models that will allow decision makers to choose the solution that generates the most value for their stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Several methods and techniques of analysis will be used, in which the researchers have extensive experience and knowledge. Specifically, based on a thorough review of the literature on circular economy and e\u2010commerce, a strategic analysis and a strategic assessment of the current situation in the cities in relation to the logistics of delivery and reception of packages through the most current techniques and tools, the use of simulation techniques and the CANVAS method.<\/p>\n

Las ciudades tienen que abordar en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os un reto como es adaptarse a las nuevas demandas de sus ciudadanos sobre aspectos muy diversos, como los modelos de compra. Los recientes acontecimientos derivados de la pandemia consecuencia del COVID\u201019 han acelerado esta necesidad. Son m\u00faltiples los stakeholders afectados por estos cambios en el consumo, adem\u00e1s de sus ciudadanos, el comercio minorista, las empresas de transporte, las plataformas online, son
algunos de los part\u00edcipes que van a tener que repensar sus estrategias.<\/p>\n
El objetivo de este proyecto es desarrollar una metodolog\u00eda, para el reaprovechamiento de\u00a0 espacios\/estructuras\/elementos de las ciudades, que contribuya a incrementar la eficiencia del transporte de paqueter\u00eda en las ciudades, evitando los desplazamientos innecesarios, as\u00ed como reducir la carbonizaci\u00f3n derivada de mismo.
