Short CV:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Manuel P\u00e9rez R\u00edos is\u00a0Professor<\/strong> at the University of Valladolid<\/strong> (Spain). He graduated from the\u00a0University of Pa\u00eds Vasco <\/strong>in Industrial Engineering (1974) and obtained his Ph.D in 1989 in the Technical University of Madrid. He was Director of International Relations<\/strong> at the University of Valladolid<\/strong>, where he participated in the creation of the Tordesillas Group<\/strong><\/a> and the HORIZONTE-2000 and IBERFORA <\/a>projects<\/strong>. He has directed multiple national and international research projects and has more than 80 publications in journals, book chapters and congresses. He received the \u00abKybernetes Research Award<\/strong><\/a>\u00bb and the \u00abHonorary HSSS<\/strong> Award as Distinguished Scientist<\/strong>\u00ab. He is \u00abHonorary Editor<\/strong>\u00bb of the Journal of Applied Systemic Studies<\/a>, member of the<\/strong> Board of Directors<\/strong> of the World Organization of Systems and Cybernetics (WOSC<\/strong><\/a>), member<\/strong> of the Hellenic Society for Systemic Studies (HSSS<\/strong><\/a>) and Academician<\/strong><\/a> of the International Academy of Systems and Cybernetic Sciences (IASCYS<\/strong><\/a>). His research interests within the INSISOC Group include Systems Dynamics and Organizational Cybernetics.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
