A continuaci\u00f3n tuvo lugar una mesa redonda<\/strong> moderada por el Director de Castilla y Le\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica, Alberto Cagigas<\/strong>. En ella se debati\u00f3 c\u00f3mo ser m\u00e1s competitivos en la Era Digital.<\/p>\nEntre los participantes de la mesa se encontraban Carlos Fraile<\/strong>, Director general de Renault-Nissan Consultant<\/strong>; Cristina Mart\u00ednez<\/strong> Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, Senior Manager del \u00e1rea de Robotics de Deloitte<\/strong>; Beatriz Cris\u00f3stomo<\/strong>, Responsable de Gesti\u00f3n de la Innovaci\u00f3n en Iberdrola<\/strong>; y David Garc\u00eda Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, Decano de la Facultad de Ciencias y Tecnolog\u00eda de la Universidad Isabel I<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n- Carlos Fraile<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que la industria 4.0 debe ejecutarse de forma pr\u00e1ctica y sin el objetivo \u00fanico de bajar costes, y que se trata de un campo con mucho trabajo por hacer para las pymes.<\/li>\n
- Cristina Mart\u00ednez<\/strong> recalc\u00f3 que la robotizaci\u00f3n es una oportunidad de ventaja competitiva, que adem\u00e1s de la rentabilidad que ofrece, es una forma de mejorar la experiencia de clientes y empleados.<\/li>\n
- Beatriz Cris\u00f3stomo<\/strong> indic\u00f3 que la digitalizaci\u00f3n no es un fin en s\u00ed mismo, sino que hay que apostar por la innovaci\u00f3n tanto en activos como en productos y servicios. La digitalizaci\u00f3n nos permite interactuar de una forma m\u00e1s directa. Destac\u00f3 un proyecto europeo en el que participan 8 empresas con el objetivo de transformar tres ciudades hacia las smart cities, una de ellas Valladolid. Tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 la digitalizaci\u00f3n de Iberdrola con los contadores inteligentes.<\/li>\n
- David Garc\u00eda<\/strong> explic\u00f3 que existe demanda de especialistas de Big data, ciberseguridad y programadores en campos muy espec\u00edficos, y que el car\u00e1cter online de su centro da lugar a la adquisici\u00f3n de competencias on line a los alumnos. Tambi\u00e9n detall\u00f3 que su Universidad realiza estudios sobre neurociencia para aplicarlo en campos de innovaci\u00f3n como la detecci\u00f3n de mentiras.<\/li>\n
- Alberto Cagigas<\/strong> apunt\u00f3 que la velocidad de las tecnolog\u00edas es superior a lo que las personas pueden asimilar, por lo que muchas empresas no pueden seguir el ritmo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

El broche final fue otorgado por el Consejero de Empleo e Industria de la Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n, Germ\u00e1n Barrios<\/strong>, quien indic\u00f3 que la Industria 4.0 es una nueva revoluci\u00f3n industrial que ofrece oportunidades de empleo, en la que ya est\u00e1n trabajando las multinacionales, y por la que la JCyL cambiar\u00e1 el marco regulatorio para favorecer la
