El pasado martes 12 de noviembre, Castilla y Le\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica junto con IECISA, la empresa de IT del grupo El Corte Ingl\u00e9s, celebraron la jornada \u201cNuevos Ecosistemas en la Digitalizaci\u00f3n\u201d en el Museo Nacional de Escultura de Valladolid, evento patrocinado por Lenovo Espa\u00f1a, Microsoft y Oracle. Se trat\u00f3 del V #ENTICcyl celebrado, al que acudieron m\u00e1s de 100 asistentes.<\/p>\n

La jornada comenz\u00f3 con Manuel Mantec\u00f3n, Director de Gobierno y Servicios P\u00fablicos de IECISA, quien anunci\u00f3 la apertura de sus nuevas oficinas en Valladolid, con el objetivo de convertirse en partner tecnol\u00f3gico de empresas del sector p\u00fablico y privado, recalcando la interrelaci\u00f3n de estos dos sectores junto con los ciudadanos como nuevo ecosistema del futuro en transformaci\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n
A continuaci\u00f3n, Juan Carlos Su\u00e1rez-Qui\u00f1ones, Consejero de Fomento y Medio Ambiente de la Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n, indic\u00f3 la importancia de la financiaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en digitalizaci\u00f3n en Castilla y Le\u00f3n, invirtiendo actualmente en 100 millones de euros, dada la necesidad social de innovar en sistemas tecnol\u00f3gicos. Concret\u00f3 que el sistema de Gobierno regional debe dotarse de las mejores herramientas, formar al funcionariado, realizar modificaciones estructurales y fomentar una mayor capacitaci\u00f3n de los ciudadanos. Para esto \u00faltimo explic\u00f3 el programa de su Departamento, CyLDigital<\/a>, que cuenta ya con m\u00e1s de 110000 usuarios; as\u00ed como el programa Escuelas Conectadas, que ofrece Internet a m\u00e1s de un millar de centros educativos.<\/p>\n Posteriormente, el Director de Estrategia, Alianzas, Marketing y Comunicaci\u00f3n de IECISA, Gonzalo G\u00f3mez Lardies, ofreci\u00f3 la primera conferencia, quien expuso la tecnolog\u00eda como promotora de la innovaci\u00f3n y de nuevos ecosistemas, poniendo como ejemplos MaaS, Digital onBoarding e Identidad soberana.<\/p>\n Despu\u00e9s tom\u00f3 relevo Mar\u00eda Garc\u00eda Fonseca, Directora General de Atenci\u00f3n al Ciudadano y Calidad de los Servicios de JCyL, presentando SIRCYL, el Sistema de Registro \u00danico como un caso de \u00e9xito, y el itinerario formativo como reto del futuro, junto con la conversi\u00f3n de las Oficinas de registro.<\/p>\n A continuaci\u00f3n tuvo lugar una mesa redonda, de Elena \u00c1lvarez V\u00e1zquez y Mar\u00eda \u00c1ngeles Cisneros, figuras de la Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n en Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n, junto con Esther Tapia, Directora ECM de IECISA, Microsoft, y el moderador V\u00edctor Izquierdo, Responsable de Estrategia de AAPP de IECISA.<\/p>\n \u00d3scar Sanz Mart\u00edn de Microsoft, indicaba que aunque se est\u00e1 avanzando mucho en materia de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital, a\u00fan queda mucho por hacer. Tambi\u00e9n coment\u00f3 el uso de los servicios en la nube y la inteligencia artificial como medios de digitalizaci\u00f3n en la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n Tras la media hora de descanso, se formul\u00f3 una segunda mesa redonda, en la que se habl\u00f3 de la gesti\u00f3n inteligente de la informaci\u00f3n y el entorno seguro en el puesto de trabajo. \u201cNuevos Ecosistemas en la Digitalizaci\u00f3n\u201d en el Museo Nacional de Escultura de Valladolid, evento patrocinado por Lenovo Espa\u00f1a, Microsoft y Oracle. Se trat\u00f3 del V #ENTICcyl celebrado, al que acudieron m\u00e1s de 100 asistentes.<\/p>\n Insisoc asisti\u00f3 a este evento, ya que como expertos en Transformaci\u00f3n Digital quisimos estar presentes para conocer las novedades que la Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n y otras organizaciones iban a exponer.<\/p>\n La jornada comenz\u00f3 con Manuel Mantec\u00f3n, Director de Gobierno y Servicios P\u00fablicos de IECISA, quien anunci\u00f3 la apertura de sus nuevas oficinas en Valladolid, con el objetivo de convertirse en partner tecnol\u00f3gico de empresas del sector p\u00fablico y privado, recalcando la interrelaci\u00f3n de estos dos sectores junto con los ciudadanos como nuevo ecosistema del futuro en transformaci\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n A continuaci\u00f3n, Juan Carlos Su\u00e1rez-Qui\u00f1ones, Consejero de Fomento y Medio Ambiente de la Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n, indic\u00f3 la importancia de la financiaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en digitalizaci\u00f3n en Castilla y Le\u00f3n, invirtiendo actualmente en 100 millones de euros, dada la necesidad social de innovar en sistemas tecnol\u00f3gicos. Concret\u00f3 que el sistema de Gobierno regional debe dotarse de las mejores herramientas, formar al funcionariado, realizar modificaciones estructurales y fomentar una mayor capacitaci\u00f3n de los ciudadanos. Para esto \u00faltimo explic\u00f3 el programa de su Departamento, CyLDigital<\/a>, que cuenta ya con m\u00e1s de 110000 usuarios; as\u00ed como el programa Escuelas Conectadas, que ofrece Internet a m\u00e1s de un millar de centros educativos.<\/p>\n Posteriormente, el Director de Estrategia, Alianzas, Marketing y Comunicaci\u00f3n de IECISA, Gonzalo G\u00f3mez Lardies, ofreci\u00f3 la primera conferencia, quien expuso la tecnolog\u00eda como promotora de la innovaci\u00f3n y de nuevos ecosistemas, poniendo como ejemplos MaaS, Digital onBoarding e Identidad soberana.<\/p>\n Despu\u00e9s tom\u00f3 relevo Mar\u00eda Garc\u00eda Fonseca, Directora General de Atenci\u00f3n al Ciudadano y Calidad de los Servicios de JCyL, presentando SIRCYL, el Sistema de Registro \u00danico como un caso de \u00e9xito, y el itinerario formativo como reto del futuro, junto con la conversi\u00f3n de las Oficinas de registro.<\/p>\n A continuaci\u00f3n tuvo lugar una mesa redonda, de Elena \u00c1lvarez V\u00e1zquez y Mar\u00eda \u00c1ngeles Cisneros, figuras de la Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n en Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n, junto con Esther Tapia, Directora ECM de IECISA, Microsoft, y el moderador V\u00edctor Izquierdo, Responsable de Estrategia de AAPP de IECISA.<\/p>\n \u00d3scar Sanz Mart\u00edn de Microsoft, indicaba que aunque se est\u00e1 avanzando mucho en materia de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital, a\u00fan queda mucho por hacer. Tambi\u00e9n coment\u00f3 el uso de los servicios en la nube y la inteligencia artificial como medios de digitalizaci\u00f3n en la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n Tras la media hora de descanso, se formul\u00f3 una segunda mesa redonda, en la que se habl\u00f3 de la gesti\u00f3n inteligente de la informaci\u00f3n y el entorno seguro en el puesto de trabajo. Cont\u00f3 con Manuel Aranda, Director de Ingenier\u00eda y Analytics de IECISA, Josep Bardallo, Director de Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n & CISO del Grupo Recoletos, Francisco Javier Mu\u00f1oz, Responsable de Inform\u00e1tica Industrial de Acor en la planta de Olmedo, David Nu\u00f1ez, Oracle Cloud Domain Security Leader Iberia, Jos\u00e9 F\u00e9lix Ovejero, Presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n y responsable de Fabricaci\u00f3n e IT de Industrias Maxi, Lenovo, y con Alberto Cagigas, Director de CyL Econ\u00f3mica como moderador.<\/p>\n Se coment\u00f3 la relevancia del Big Data en las grandes organizaciones, ya que el an\u00e1lisis de datos marca las estrategias a seguir para una \u00f3ptima consecuci\u00f3n de los objetivos.<\/p>\n Finalmente, Juan Carlos Prieto, Director de Castilla y Le\u00f3n de IECISA, dio clausura al evento con la presentaci\u00f3n de los Premios TalenTIC, dirigidos a los mejores Trabajos Fin de Grado y Trabajos Fin de M\u00e1ster relacionados con las TIC. Con estos premios IECISA trata de fomentar el desarrollo de la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica en la Universidad de Valladolid, con proyectos que engloben adem\u00e1s originalidad, inter\u00e9s social, mejora medioambiental y aplicabilidad, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, cuidando la gesti\u00f3n de todos los cambios para conseguir el \u00e9xito.
